respiratory illness in one chicken... Need Urgent help!!!

I have one chicken with what I believe to be a respiratory illness, I have her quarentened, I'm going to begin treatment with Duramycin, do I need to treat the rest of my flock? And will we be able to eat our flocks eggs again?

Yes to prevent it spread to the rest you'll need to treat them all, do not eat the eggs after 2 weeks of treatment.

What are her symptoms? She may just be reacting to something in the environment. Please give us more information about her--age, symptoms, how long? pics if possible?
