Respiratory infection help

I have 3 roosters that are showing signs of respiratory infections. I have them separated and heat lamps on them and I have used vet rx. I have la200 on hand and a few other things I use for my goats. I would call a vet out but it isn't practical for $8 chickens. Can i get some advice on what to do for them. I have already been told to cull them but I feel like there is something I can do.

What symptoms are they showing? Look for bubbles in eyes, swelling of the face, sneezing, rattly breathing, stridor, or gasping. How cold is it where you live?

It just started getting cold this week. Im in southeast North Carolina. We just went from 90s to 60s in a few days and it has been raining alot. One rooster, my silky rooster, has one swollen eye and nasal discharge. The other two have rattle breathing and seem lethargic.

It sounds like there might be mycoplasma gallisepticum or MG with the swollen eye. The LA200 might treat that, and other antibiotics are Tylosin, doxycycline, Denagard available sometimes online for pigeons. MG is a chronic disease, and can come and go throughout life. The flock should be closed since most of your chickens may test positive. Here is some reading about MG:
