I can do twice daily. I’ve read it’s 3-5 days. Is that correct?

It must be done no less than twice a day.

You will want to give it two days past cessation of symptoms. If they are not better after 72 hours you will need to switch to a different drug.

Chickens and ducks have to be drinking normally to get enough of the medication.

Did your vet recommend Tylan? I am asking because if your vet prescribed Clavamox and you duck got better, it's probably not mycoplasma, which is what Tylan is used for.
