Hello. I am so confused about what is going on with my 4 week old Indio Gigantes. Three of them seem to be gasping for air on and off for the past 3 days. It lasts for about 15 minutes up to an hour or more, then they breathe normal. They eat and drink fine. They are inside our home, so no gapeworm, and I use pee pads for their cage. Sometimes it is silent gasping, and other times it sounds like they chirp with each gasp. I started them on VetRX in their water, as well as a vitamin and mineral supplement in their water. Does anyone have any idea what may be going on, since it’s on and off. I have also checked their crop and each one is fine there also.
