My chicken (hen, barred rock ,10 months old) was making a sneezying/gasping noise. Quick on set. I have isolated her, she’s not making the noise anymore. What could it of been? Her throat was clear. Treatment?

They can sometimes make a sound called stridor, that is caused by getting something stuck in the airway. A small piece of food, a plug of mucus, or swollen airways of a respiratory disease may be causes. In most cases of stidor, it clears up in a few hours.

It couldve been something in the environment or she couldve inhaled feed dust while eating. If she's doing okay tomorrow morning, go ahead and release her.
I agree with both comments above me. Occasionally some of my hens will sneeze right after feeding time. I believe they inhale the dust from the feed. It always goes away quickly. You did do the right thing by pulling her, but if she develops no other symptoms I'd say she's good to go back in with the rest of the flock.

Any drainage from her nostrils or eyes? If not probably as others have said a slight airway problem and not something contagious, hard word to spell but I got it. Thanks to spell check I can't take all the credit but I had to get it real close to correct.
