Respiratory Problems

1 chicken had the respiratory problem - took to vet and she's on medication now. Only problem is that it was apparently spread through the whole flock as each day I wake up there are a few more with the same issue. Running out places to quarantine them all. This morning my rooster and 2 more hens have it. Vet said it would be expensive to dose all the chickens with AmoxiClav and is recommending putting something in the water (waiting on that call). I already have Tylan and Vet Rx - is there another medicine that I can get OTC to help?
