LOL. Mine do that and they have been pampered from day one! You have to stand dozens of feet away to avoid a shower from their splashing. Especially because like six of them will all try to fit in the same pool at the same time!

I think they were still giving her grower b/c they thought it was a he. They named him Donald but I guess it's Daisy now

I believe she was also in a tight pen because when I first let her out she was spinning in circles like she was trapped. She is now in a 12x12 fenced in area with a large plastic bin (one of those ones that slide under a bed) for a swimming pool. She went swimming today and was splashed everywhere. I swear the water was going 10ft in the air. She was a happy camper.

Once they are about a month old you can tell the sex by the voice and once they get their adult feathers you can tell by weather or not they have a "drake" feather. Females will have a loud "honky" type of quack and males will have a whisper quiet, hoarse, hiss type of noise.​
