Rest in Peace Nugget

I am SO sorry, Kate.

I've been reading, but couldn't bring myself to post until now.
Nugget was a very special boy and he was what inspired me to keep my two wonderful boys from my hatch from June instead of getting rid of them. I wanted them to be like Nugget.

My dh also loved hearing about Nuggetron and his special brand of uniqueness that he alone had. He sends his sympathies for your family's loss also, and he's very much NOT a MB guy but he loved Nugget also, just as much as he loves our flock here.

Our Buddy is also the first one at the gate for treats and while he isn't Nugget, he is pretty special.

Once again, words can't tell you how very sorry we all are for your loss.

I went out to check on Tux and Woo, they are snuggled up together where they usually sleep with Nugget, I hope no one bothers them now, I'll have to watch closely.

I'm new to BYC but I've just read through all 17 pages and all of the associated Nugget links. I am so sorry that you lost him. Sending you kind thoughts. He was a beautiful rooster.
