I hope not! Been getting it since I was about 10 and my Dad used to get it too.
I was led to believe it was either a neurological thing, or a mineral deficiency of some sort. I really don't want to take meds as I feel I take enough of those already. I was hoping someone would chime in with a wacky home remedy like taking a spoonful of mustard while standing on your head or something similar.
NTG ANGL - got excited about yours but just tried it and its made no difference
I had a total hysterectomy 5 years ago when I was 40 and take a replacement therapy now but had it (RSL) before that...BUT that wouldn't rule out your theory though....whew what a thought - women with restless legs and restless hormones, ramped up on caffeine, pacing and tap dancing at 3am.......no wonder no men have posted on this thread!!!

what did you try - the pillow between the legs or the potty - or both? I feel for you....
RLS may be caused by an iron deficiency as well as folic acid which is one of the B vitamins Try taking a good dose of vitamin B complex. Since the B vitamins are water soluble your body will take what it needs. During pregnancy iron is depleted from your body and this is probably why RLS is prevalent then. Do not take iron supplements without a blood test to see if you need iron as most people do not.
