I'm not sure about the figures for the UK, but I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that 10% of Americans have the condition. From the way this thread is going, all 10% are members of BYC. Perhaps it is chicken related!

tonic water has quinine. I did not have chickens when my legs were driving me nuts. Now that I have chickens, my legs are almost ridiculously quiet. Hmm....

I have it from previous spine issues. Drives you nuts. i do not take anything as it is not every night but it is so annoying that i want to cut my legs off i think when it happens. Erinm

I don't like drugs as a general rule, but when I couldn't sleep that one Benadryl was a lifesaver. Knocked me out cold after 30 minutes.

And I agree, it will drive you nuts.

So a good tonic or exorcism should do the trick? Maybe the chickens are a magical creature capable of curing all kinds of ailments. Don't tell them.

when i was googling earlier i was reading that the meds are targeting the dopamine receptors.
