Would anyone be able to tell me what breed my beautiful roo Rex is?

He looks like a splash Andalusian, but I think I detect hints of barring at his shoulders. It may just be my eyes, but if there is barring, then probably a mixed breed.

Beak and leg color are wrong for an Andalusian. Looks like he has some barring in his wing feathers. He’s a mixed breed.
