36.4C/97.5 is the correct incubation temperature for Ostriches so I imagine it is the same for other ratites.

Yes, I do

Emus can incubate at a variety of temperatures, but 97.5 is the most commonly used. At that temperature, they take 50 days to hatch.

Humidity is also very important, and is best managed by tracking the weight loss of the eggs.
