Rhode Island Red Cockeral or Hen?

I have four RIR which I believed up to now that they were all pullets. They are 12 weeks old but they are really different. Two seem larger than the others and one is SUPER colorful and one have these pointy feathers. I really do want a roo so I don't know if I am just hoping or is one different from the others. The only thing that does seem the same is none of them really have a comb. But I have read the stories that some times the comb comes later. Please let me know your thoughts.

To me the first picture looks more like a rooster because of the tail. But time will tell

The last picture is three of the four laying in the sun. Look at the feather pattern of the chicken on far right. These feathers have a pointy appearance. thoughts?
