she is right in the 12-14 week old range. isn't aggressive by any means eats out of my hand comes when called. Holding on to hope!

I can't see in your pic if there are pointy saddle/hackle feathers or not. But RIR's do have big combs/wattles. Here was my RIR pullet at 12 weeks. By 16 weeks she was laying.]

I'm seeing male feathering - I guess it could be the pic. At this age his saddle feathers should be coming in. Do you see any pointy feathers starting?
