Rhode Island Red - Hen or Roo?

Picked them up on 2/13 - I'm thinking they're about 8 weeks but I'm not sure about this one. Hasn't shown any "crowing" behaviors but is kind of bold. It will run to the coop door when I walk out there with my toddlers.what do you think?!
