Rhode Island Red- rooster or hen?

I've been suspicious since Charlie was only 3 weeks old that he/she would be a rooster, but I need confirmation from some more experienced chicken owners. Charlie is currently 13 weeks old. He/she gets along well with my little flock & I intend to keep him if he turns out to be a rooster because my ladies free range. I've included 2 pictures- one of Charlie & one of June, my Rhodey that is definitely a hen. I would appreciate any input & look forward to hearing from y'all!
