Rhode Island Red yes or no?

Please help here if its Rhode Island Red or not? All I need is answer " yes " or " no " because someone said this is not RIR. Thank you!
This a picture of a pure bred RIR. You can see the obvious differences.

Maybe you are referring for the show quality instead the hatchery type, Matt? Confusing here

The reason that "hatchery" birds don't look like pure bred birds of any breed is because hatcheries crossed leghorn into them years ago to increase their egg laying capabilities to meet the desire of backyard chicken people that want chickens that lay a high volume of eggs year around. So...technically "hatchery" birds are not pure bred chickens.

Thanks for the info Matt

There is absolutely nothing wrong with any of these birds. The hatchery version of the Rhode Island Red is a great layer and probably the most popular chickens in America. There are not a lot of pure bred chickens period. Probably 95% of all chickens in the country are hatchery birds and they do a great job for what they are bred to do. I'm not criticizing them I am just clarifying the difference in a pure bred Red and a hatchery Red.
