Rhode island reds and and brown leghorns age

I gpt some of both breeds and they were calling them tweens. This is my first year with chicks and I'm not really sure of there age. I was Hoping I could get some help figuring that out. This is a picture of a Rhode island

That doesn’t look like a Rhode Island Red to me. Mine were a lot darker and the tail was mostly black.
