Usually, the males are sporting a bigger, brighter comb by this age and occasionally you can see rooster feathers emerging already. Did you order males?My 11 week old RIR's aren't really showing much in the way of wattles yet and their combs are still quite small. Is that normal for a RIR cockerel? They were ordered from Tractor Supply and I believe Cackle Hatchery was the hatchery to fulfill it if I remember correctly.
