Hi friends I made an adjustment to the coop's furnishings got a small piece of garden lattice - maybe 1m2 - and attached one side to the roost. I'm hoping the chooks will use it as a ladder instead of jumping up.

I'll give it a few months and if they're still not using it, I'll take it out again.

Pictures...? Though as a roost or toy it will probably work even if they don't use it the way you intended.

I'm going to try integrating my 2 new babies with my 2 old hens tomorrow.
With the way Tsuki (Leghorn) has been rushing up to the dividing fence at the babies there may be some pecking

What are you feeding the girls in this video?

lol It's only shredded lettuce. That's usually their *green treat*. I usually cut it up so I can spread it out so everyone has a chance of getting something.
