When I was a kid in school, this used to happen to me. I figured out the answers but couldn’t explain why, and my teachers would be very annoyed and critical, to say the least. I have dyslexia although I could always read and write, don’t ask me why, and I pretty much always felt “dumb” in school.
Especially in math.

This is wrong. No teacher should ever make a child feel dumb. I wish I was smart enough to figure out a better way to teach math to people like you & me. I'm a non~sequential learner so you can imagine the trouble I have with even quite simple maths.

And why did it have to be a cat? Sciences uses rats for everything else. Its only 1 letter too. As a cat lover I have always been offended by his choice.

Yikes! Millie might have become a chick killer if I hadn’t taken the babies in. Whose chicks did Myth kill?

Her own. I was very upset. I was very close to breaking her neck. She had pecked bits off them and thrown them around the nesting box. It looked like a horror movie. I took two that were barely alive and put them out of their misery, took some very deep breaths and lifted Myth out of the coop.
I felt partly responsible for not having checked earlier but this was in the morning when I let them out.
I buried them all together. I didn't speak to Myth for weeks.
I find the idea that any other creatures apart from humans do malice difficult to believe. I have seen what I would describe as revenge actions often, but they don't result in deaths. I've had to accept that Myth just isn't able to cope with chicks.

No it isn't. What happens when nobody is there to say whether the answer is right or not.
However, if you can show how you got to the conclusion you arrived at then another person knowledgeable in the subject should be able to see where you went wrong. It's why the multiple choice exam system is such nonsense. Even with five options (usually three of those can be ruled out quickly) your left with a 50/50 shot.
This should apply to many of the arts subjects as well when writing an essay. Any fool can give an opinion but to produce a logical arguement to back that opinion up takes rather more skill.

Ok I get that, given what I actually studied was all about backing up your opinion. I was more thinking who cares which method you use so long as you reach the correct conclusion.

Hah my teacher last year made us sit in three collums. The smart row, the dumb row and the meh row which was in the middle. If someone had enough brains she would move them up a row. I was in the dumb row all year. I failed my exam but this year I actually did the best out of my class and I got better than the two higher classes (I’m in the bottom class) hopefully I move up. That teacher I had was awful she made you feel stupid and if you didn’t know how to work something out she would give you the answer without explaining it or anything

Well, there are many that are no longer alive that I post about and as of now there are 22 of them so that's quite a lot to recal on top of everyone elses. Don't feel at all bad about it.

Just an interjection: With (Quantum Physics), some theory results, are based primarily on perception, and can change when recording is attempted. So.........
If a bear fart's in the woods, and no one is around to hear it, did he really fart?

I hope you get a better teacher next year. Honestly, some adults shouldn't be let lose in a classroom!
