I think I am doing a *chicken led integration*.
This morning for the very 1st time someone showed interest in what was in the big coop.
Regan's curiosity got the better of her.

Olivia was last.
She really is the baby of this group & barely managed the step ~ but she made it.​

They headed straight for the big girls leftovers from last night & hoed in.
I have left them shut in in peace to explore. Luna is laying but that's one hen unlikely to be bothered by the Littlies.​

That's wonderful! Keep letting them go and they will achieve most of this on their own!

I love watching them explore new spaces. The first time they reach the deck is a big moment in every pullets life here.

A beautiful day is not without peril. HAWK was circling way up, as me and my neighbor enjoyed my chickens. Jaffar noticed it and did the DANGER squawk. All the birds went for cover. Just now! by the way.
