Great work on your part. Way to make chicken salad!Potential disaster! Lock down has gotten tougher in some areas of Sydney, including where the man who was going to do the Gyprock for us lives. He is unable to come fix our walls.
Hubby and I quickly educated ourselves on You Tube and spent all day fixing the walls so the cupboards could be installed tomorrow.

I just wish I had time to undercoat everything. Oh well.
The fellow is coming at 6.45am tomorrow to start installing the cupboards so I won't have time to paint behind them unfortunately. They won't be visible as they were with the old kitchen as the new cupboards have backs on them. They lasted around 40 years without paint so hopefully they can last a bit longer. I'll just try not to think about it.Maybe you could get it done early in the morning. This is the way it always seems to go with any projects...there are always unknown variables that come into play. I'm sorry AC, hopefully this will be the only hiccup...
Install starts early tomorrow! The guy reckons he will be done in 2 days!Well done!!
Can't wait to see it with the cupboard in
We just have to hope there are no further lock downs until after next Monday and we should be good. (I hope I didn't just jinx myself...)Oh gosh! It looks like you did a good job ~ but what a pain. I picked up chook feed today but where on earth do I count from? Our house? The island? The mainland jetty? Where our car's kept? And my closest produce store is still a fair distance. The traffic was pretty light though & Bunnings was still open ~ because we needed them too. I feel for you & hope there are no more hiccups.
What a magnificent bird.@Ribh, I feel like I need to pay a tax...is it okay if it's our new addition, even though he's not a chicken? Lol!

Pretty much. We break the limit just to get to our dr, never mind anywhere else. The irony is we're real homebodies & rarely leave the house to go anywhere. If you stayed within your limit counting home as the starting point wouldn't you end up in the water?
They definitely know.
I’m glad you have your emotional support cat to help you bear the unbearable wait.
Love your new mug Ribh. Very old fashioned farm vibes.
It's
WEDNESDAY WHEREVER
again.

Today's mug is care via my mother who has started giving me chicken related gifts. Not sure why...
