That is very interesting. So the inner piece pivots when you pour right?\
Is it an antique store find (in which case do you know anything about how old it is, where it is from etc.?), or is it a modern design.
I love it either way - but it is a fascinating mechanism I have never seen before.

That is Olivia. She is a D'Uccle frizzle & didn't get the memo about being a chicken. She likes to roost on me & has been known to groom me. She's broody just now & I miss her.

I have some terrible news...

A coyote helped itself to all 3 chooks in my silkie pen and both of my Phoenix. I'm absolutely devastated.

My layer flocks is fine thankfully.

That is terrible.

I'm so sorry CCCL. Being a chook keeper is often not easy.

I have 18 hens @ present. 5 are broody. Sif is still immobile & Soda wanders off on her own..
