Thank you, Bdutch. I have used some of these names before but, Like @BYBob I will add them to my list of *next time*.

As for Portia, heart attack seems the most likely cause to me. I have lost several birds like this, almost always my bigger birds with one notable exception & that girl was a bantam of a large breed.

I seem to be moving towards an all bantam tribe, as they are my hardier, long lasting girls, Ha'penny excepted, & while I love her I am loath to get any more Campines until I can afford to secure my run better or I know they'll end up all over my town!

Encouraging. They have been completely free ranged so humans are not their favourite thing and they seem very predator aware.

This girlie in front I think will be Cobweb.
Her colouring is a mix of greys, whites & pale browns.​

I suspect the tiniest one will be Mustard Seed and the largest girl Sweetpea. They are all pretty flighty.
