Well, I think it is finally starting to warm up here but as it hasn't stopped blowing & the wind is cold this has got to be one of the more pleasant Octobers we've had here. It's better for my girls too. Last summer was rough! No~one looks like they're going broody early ~ though Hepzibah always likes to collect eggs under her. She's a worry. She takes half my flock with her when she goes.

Have to get feed and people food and stop for lunch somewhere. Other than that just lots of snuggling and maybe a good movie

It's been better this week, but I'm getting myself into a bunch of stuff to try and be more proactive for next year. It'll be a LOT of work now and until the end of the year, but it will make next year much easier. Unfortunately, the only tool I have at my disposal is SharePoint. But I can make it work and it's better than copying and pasting data from hundreds of emails.

In some respects I think it was a mistake letting the boss understand the full scope of my skills...

As for tomorrow, our greatest feat will be loading feed in the rain without getting it wet.

Ugh to working in the rain. Not sure what to say about work. It seems to be 6 of one & 1/2 dozen of the other. Hugs anyway. It sounds like you might need them.

Stopping for lunch sounds good. I am taking the man to somewhere new on Tuesday. I hope he likes it. 1/5 of my family is joining us & I know they think it's really good. What is your choice of a *good movie*?
