Ribh's D'Coopage

Part of the Chicken Palace design is two pasture runs which (the theory goes) I can alternate so that one can be re-seeded while they are enjoying the other and then we can swap over.
I seeded the runs with lovely mixed pasture seeds about a month ago so they are quite lush.
Well, today I finally finished making the runs predator proof so I let the Princesses in to one of their lovely pasture gardens.
3 hours. THREE HOURS?! That is all it took to completely destroy 60 square feet of pasture.
You would think when it was 94 degrees they would take a break - but no, they went at it without pausing for 3 straight hours.
That's amazing. Way to go princesses! :clap:clap Very impressive.

That's a nice idea. :) I'm not a dog fancier so big dogs hunting as a pack do rather intimidate me. They aren't supposed to be loose like that but it is rather difficult to police.
I think a pack of large dogs would intimidate anyone!

Well they obviously appreciate it! :lau

Sounds like you need to make two more to try and keep up with demand. 😉
