Whitebait is the traditional term for small sprat and herring. ... Sprat belongs to the Clupeidae family, which includes herrings, sprat, sardines and all have a similar texture and flavour. The main difference between them all is size.

On Sundays I get the boys [aka the cats] a special tin of cat food. I've never bought the whitebait because I've never known what it was. Now I can.

They will enjoy that and it will be so good for them!

Anna got her first pair of glasses today. All the computer work is straining her near vision.

They have an anti-reflective coating on the for that and glare. She has just a little bit of astigmatism so we corrected that and gave her a little bit of add power to help ease up on her focusing mechanism.

She's doing online school this year because of COVID so she's spending hours staring at a screen.

Yes, computer screens can be quite harsh! I hope they provide the protection she needs, but I'm sure the Dr knows what he's doing!
I have 3 adult children, 2 boys & a girl! Love them always & forever! My girl & I talk or message daily...
