I hope your husbands back improves with the shots...that does not sound like a good time! I also hope you heal up from your surgery with no issues!

My stuff is minor & ongoing. I have the wrong sort of skin for the climate I live in & every few months my Dr checks me for skin cancers & cuts out any problems. It's a pain but necessary. The man broke his back over 20 years ago & is held together with pins & screws & lengths of metal so he lives with chronic pain & occasionally it really mucks up on him for unknown reasons. It drives him crazy because he likes to keep busy & have lots to do & when this happens he just can't.

I am near sighted and need my glasses to find where I put my glasses (or indeed not to walk into walls).

My youngest brother worse glasses as a child. I forget which way round ~ but he used to play soccer with them. Could run like the wind after the ball but once it was under his feet he couldn't see it! So frustrating!

My husband has the same skin issues that you have! I hope the shots have given him some relief, chronic pain is hard to deal with day in and day out!

Your husband has my sympathy. Most of mine are on my face. Super sensitive. I hate needles & can be hyperventilating for minutes while the anaesthetic kicks in. It's become a bit of a joke between the Dr & me ~ which is ok. He's very nice. Not many I'd trust to do what he does to my face.

You have my sympathy too! I know how painful it can be! We actually have a product that I apply to his skin to kill off the bad areas, it works, but it's very painful! I feel so bad every time I have to do it! That's between treatments from the Dr! It's good to have a Dr you can trust!

Ooooh... How's it going? How are you finding it? I actually preferred his Saxon Chronicles, which are way more bloodthirsty if I remember correctly but filled in a gap in my historical knowledge in a way I could grasp.
