Ribh's D'Coopage

Ooooh... How's it going? How are you finding it? I actually preferred his Saxon Chronicles, which are way more bloodthirsty if I remember correctly but filled in a gap in my historical knowledge in a way I could grasp.
I am really enjoying it. I'll be done soon. I am very interested to see how he ends it. I love the way he portrayed Lancelot. That was fun.

There's 5 or 6 books in the Saxon Chronicles ~ which sort of carry on historically from the Arthurian books.
I think they made aTV show out of those books. Help me out, what is the correct pronunciation for Ceinwyn?

Kine~win. Reading How Green was My Valley...?
In this version, Arthur was originally betrothed to Ceinwyn, the Star of Powys. He dumps her for Guinevere. I'm thinking I may use the name for a future hen.

Why not? I think it's a lovely name! :)

This is called *orange marmalade* & is one of the hedgerowing plants I have on the footpath. This is its 1st flowering. 🥰
