Olivia...
Because I'm not going to talk about chickens.
I have been quietly tearing my hair out in between vet visits to give our Kirby his daily cuddles [my vet is excellent that way]. I haven't visited the last 2 days as they wanted to keep him extra quiet & sedated but UNE enrolments opened & silly me went, Oh Goody! I can do this. On line. How hard can it be? Some of you won't be surprised to learn that forms & I do not do well together! There are about 10 steps to wade through. I do not remember this being so complicated last time I did this but last time I went through under Hawk [which was brilliant] & @ a relatively young uni no~one minded I initially enroled in one course but actually graduated in another. Don't ask. Some of us just aren't the brightest pennies in the pound. So I managed the first 9 steps `including my student number, which is a new government thing & kept for life & the fees thing [no idea what I've actually done ] then came unstuck big time trying to add courses.

Firstly I have major problems with having no actual handbook to flip through. I'm old, ok. Everything's online. Secondly almost 1/2 the subjects I was very interested in aren't actually being offered. So why are they still listed? Three days & one phone call later I'm actually enrolled & still pretty clueless. I have 1 course from archaeology, 2 from English, & 2 from my actual major. 🙄 I feel so dumb. And I still have no idea how the timetabling works. Nor am I absolutely sure about books & whether I need Office or whether I can access the uni one. It's not the actual work that worries me. It's all this other stuff. Rant over. I am going to go sit with Olivia & be calm & spacey. They don't care.
But you got it done. That's the important thing. Good for you. I am excited for you. A new adventure. 👍

I'm looking forward to it, Bob. I'm not a true academic but I've always enjoyed learning about things that interest me.

Ugh, I’m so sorry. How did you discover them and how are you treating them? Sorry if that is all in this thread and I missed it.
Pestene ~ which does a good job. The vet found them on Oshina when I took her in about her cyst. So tiny I couldn't actually see them with my eyesight. I need to totally clean out the shed they're using as a coop but I need some really good weather & a longer hose.

Let us out!
