Ok, I have done the reading for my first subject, which starts on Monday, & here's the 1st bit of trivia: Thomas Jefferson [yes, that American president] is credited with doing the 1st truly scientific archaeological dig. The rant is the idiot text for publishing practises & which [I think] is blathering on about effective communication & ironically is managing anything but! How come some academics can't manage to write a comprehensible, sensible, coherent sentence but feel the need to show off instead!!!

Please keep enlightening us to your experiences with your classes. This will be very interesting to me and I am hoping I might learn something along with you.

This wet & miserable lot are feeling pretty sad & sorry for themselves.
They've been holed up here most of the day & no~one is very dry.

So I've started combining my music with my drawing; I've created a short video that shows some of the progression photos I took (I don't know if I'm up for the type of 'time-lapse' art videos you can see on Instagram!) I had a play with some of the effects and wrote a little music to go over the top. Here is the link if you'd like to have a look.

I'm just trying to figure out how to keep our core group all together. I'd hate for us to fall apart over the size and pace of my thread.
