How do you cook your ribs?

I have some spare ribs I'd like to make this weekend (Tuesday and Wednesday is my weekend) and I'd like to hear how others do it for tender, juicy, melt-off-the-bone ribs.

I let the rubbed, wrapped ribs sit for a few hours. I cooked them at 225 for 5 hours, then grilled them with my own sauce. I had them on the grill not even 10 minutes. I basted each side and turned a few times and they were on the table. They could have spent a bit less time in the oven, but I had to go out and didn't want to take them out before I left. I'll do it this way again. They definitely came out really good! Definitely tender and still juicy.

Thanks for the tips!

I bake mine in the oven wrapped in foil for about an hour and a half then remove and put on my grill. let them finish slowly and pour the bbq to them they are so tender and juicy. but if Im in a hurry I cook them in my pressure cooker for about 20 min. they fall off the bone

I usually boil them in water with a little onion and garlic added for a couple of hours ( or pressure cook if in a hurry ) then either on the grill or broiler with sauce until bubbly. then use the broth that is left for noodles or dumplings - making me hungry!

I'd like to get a smoker. I bought a grilling magazine yesterday, and it had a bunch of recipes for smoking. I would imagine the ribs would come out awesome. I want a pressure cooker, too. I'd also like a super zoom lens for camera, but that's another topic.

Ever since I found this recipe it's the ONLY way I make ribs now. It has 457 people that have given it 5 stars, so you know it's good!

The only change I made to the recipe is that I added 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE to the water while boiling the ribs. It gives it a much better taste! Hope you enjoy it!

ETA: This recipe allows me to make ribs all year - especially in our cold winters!
