Originally from NY moved to Houston. I am new to the world of backyard chickens. I have 4 hens and three chicks at the moment. Every day is exciting it relaxes me to watch them. I started this 4 months ago when we finally went from an apartment to a house. Now that I have a yard, I said why not. So here I am, happy to be here and ready to learn and share as much as I can.
