ridgeyard incubator

hello i have my ridgeyard 56 egg incubator up an running and all seems good so far we candled the other day and it was alive! but i was worrying about lock down temperature because i have heard it is warmer when you move the turning tray and can kill the chicks so i was wondering if there is anyone who has had a successful hatch and what temp they changed too, also and info about this incubator would be great. my temp is at 37. thanks

Do you have a themometer to put at the top of the eggs? Some turn the temp down a small bit other don't. My eggs are lower when I take out the turner, so I don't find that I need to lower my temp. I am not familiar with your incubator.
