They won't fit there for much longer......sooner the cockerel is gone the better...the rest might just take time.
Putting a roost on the other side might help.

No, I'd put it on the other side of the coop, however you can fit it in between the pop door and the wall.

Or you can just ride it out and make/let them deal with it....but another roost might give the newer birds a place to get up and away form the existing trouble makers.
