Ringneck pheasants starting to pip....what to feed?

I have ringnecks that hopefully will hatch today or tomorrow. My question is what do I feed them if gamebird feed is not available? These are eggs that were found in a hay field after it was cut and the Mama was killed.

I use turkey starter or grower can't remember which has a higher protein. get the one with the higher protein. Good luck.
