I recommend washing down the area with warm soapy water, and liberally applying the atheletes foot cream, 4 or 5 times a day. Speaking from the experience of the naked orphan kitten and two little boys and my own hide.

I have been putting medicine on it several times a day. It looks somewhat better. I am hoping it just goes away with meds.

Did you get your medicine from the vet or people medicine from the doctor or pharmacy? The stuff made for livestock works a lot better than the people stuff in my personal experience.

I have had ringworm several times over the years.
What I remember about it, is that it gets (sheds) on everything it touches. You will reinfest yourself from your sheets, towls, clothes, countertops etc.

I was told by the vet (after 3rd reinfestation) to clean everything with bleach.

I wonder if Oxine AH would kill this fungus????

I have been using oxine it on a nail fungus and it seems to be working on that.

GENTIAN VIOLET
this is what my mom used on me aa a kid, it works, you buy it at the pharmacy counter. it comes in a little bottle and is dark purple, it applies just like iodine, it also works on athletes feet fungus.
