RIP Sweet Annie! :(

Went up to my hens today to find Sweet annie lieng dead in the nest box, she has been ill for a couple of days and now shes died. She is a 5 year old ex free range hen. RIP :'(

Thanks everyone, she was such a sad loss, she had such a good personality, she died with her hed neck and head in the broody hens nest box so that must have been very intimadating for the broody hen :/

Thanks, yeah she was happy she loved wondering off into the feild with ginger, the good thing that made sweet annie loucky when she was ill is that she was best friends with the top hen ginger, so when tho other hens started fighting with her for her place as second ginger chased the hens away
