Ripley, the 4 legged chicken!?

Hey everyone! This little one was found in a group of pullets that I picked up from a feed mill promotion where you get so many free chicks per bag of feed bought. She has 4 legs! Two are normal and functional and the other two are small and just sort of hang out by her butt. I was asked if there was a thread to follow her progress so I thought I'd start one Thanks to the suggestion from @fisherlady, her name is now Ripley!

So far, I haven't seen them move at all. They're like little, half formed feet that just hang out.

Windmill for a name? LOL Maybe if there is no feeling to those extra legs you can snip them off. To bad she/he isn't just born, it would have been easier to clip maybe.

Does she have a twin that was mostly absorbed in the egg?. She appears to have a hump on her back. I would love to see an xray.

@Ms Clucky and @drumstick diva I don't know. I considered possibly snipping them off but at the same time, they really don't seem to be bothering her in any way, so way put her through the extra pain.

I have no idea but an x-ray would be really cool to see!

Yep, she poos just fine. She pooped on DD's friend earlier today lol
