RIR Acting Lethargic - Please help

Currently, Ponyo is in this box - she’s having trouble keeping her eyes open and is just standing there, all fluffed up. She doesn't seem interested in eating or drinking, and she hasn’t laid an egg or pooped.
Just an update.
Also, this is what she looked like before she got sick:

That isn't a good sign that she's declining to this extent. Has she pooped? Is so, can you post a pic? What is her vent doing? Is there a milky discharge? Is she dripping fluids from her vent?

Glove up your hand and press it against her vent. When you do that, does it cause her to push back and maybe squat?

If this isn't a stuck egg, she may have an infection. Do you happen to have an antibiotic on hand? A leftover people prescription will work. Just tell us what it is and what strength.

If you have no antibiotics, it woud be a good idea to start trying to track one down. Call around to the pet stores and ask for Fish Mox 250mg. We chicken keepers use that one a lot for our chickens when they get sick.

I searched her bedding and found one piece of poop; it got mixed in n with the shavings.

She’s been laying down with her eyes closed for the last bit, but when I picked her up and set her on the floor, she stood up. I was also able to get her to eat a few bites of food.
Unfortunately, I do not have antibiotics, but I’ll try to get some.
I’ll go check her vent real quick.

Alright, checked her vent.
Her vent was much lighter than yesterday, very pale and almost gray.
Yesterday yellow liquid came oozing out when I put my finger in her vent, today, only a tiny bit came back on my finger.

Her eyes are now open upon moving her around to check her vent, and she’s panting pretty heavily. After putting her back in the box, she moved around wobbly to get comfortable then fell over.

Gave her some more water with a spoon, she did take a sip on her own, so I count that as a good sign??
She’s still panting, though, and her eyes are now closed again.

I moved her beak away from the plastic side so she could breathe more easily.
