RIR Acting Lethargic - Please help

Pics
Does it feel like mucous or could it be egg membrane? If it's membrane, that's progress.
I’m not quite sure...it’s the same type of liquid as it was yesterday when I found her...it’s kind of sticky, with a mix of yellow and white. How do you tell the difference? (Sorry, I’m very exhausted at this point and can’t really remember the difference right now) thank you so much for your help! :hugs

Sounds like mucous.

If possible, it would help to place her on moist heat. If you have a heating pad and an outlet, put that under her with a warm moist towel over it, so it creates moist warm air under her.

It's important to reduce her stress to a minimum. It would help her to be in dim light where's it's quiet with nothing else going on. If you can set up her sugar water so she has easy access to it and then leave her alone, that would help her relax.

Check on her every hour to check her progress and replenish the sugar water as she runs low.

Thank you. Yes, I can get a heating pad set up with a towel - thank you for suggesting that! I’ll dim the lights, and try to keep everything as quiet and as calm as possible. Unfortunately, she's stopped drinking on her own, so I may have to be nearby to spoon-feed her the sugar water as needed.

I gave Ponyo another warm bath, but she didn't seem to like this...gave her the Fish Mox as well. I'm still spoon-feeding her the water...
She's still pretty lethargic, but her eyes are open currently.
I've also noticed that she now has this sort of rattly breath...not sure if this is just another symptom of being egg boundd/whatever it is she has, or a sign that it's getting worse, or something else...?
@azygous, I do want to thank you for being such an incredible and amazing help! :hugs
