RIR Breed Thread

These are my two Reds from a feed store. They are Peach and Mandolin and are 7 weeks old. Pullets, right?

We have 6 RIR's that are about 7 weeks old and a group of 5 RIR's that are only about 2.5 weeks old. My husband has had some before but I'm a first timer.
We have one hen who is super sweet and loves to sit on my shoulder!
They are very adventurous always looking for things to climb on, even Cross X's!

Here's my 1st RIR baby, 4 days old. It's just a hatchery RIR but I am a brand new chicken owner so I just got 4 different types from MPC. I am in love with them all anyway

All of the true-to-breed RIR pictures on here are gorgeous though. I live in RI so I had to get one....maybe I will eventually be getting more from a breeder...hehe

They are the most perfect looking chickens!

I have 2 RIR and one of them is very agressive with all of my other chickens. Could it be that this one is a rooster? They are only 6 weeks old but maybe yall could help me out with this. Thanks..

I think one of my RIR is starting to have more red around the beak like yours....I wonder if they will be roos...?

The way this one is acting I am thinking it maybe. I have to and the other is nice and likes the other chicks. I have to keep this one away from the others.
