RIR chick just hatched with leg problem

Hi. I just had an RIR chick hatch. I noticed it had trouble standing up--that the joint in each leg was red. A few minutes ago it was fluffed up enough to be taken out of the incubator. We noticed that one of the bones was sticking out of it's leg joint and the other leg joint was just about as bad. We put it in the brooder, and it is just lying there. Should I wrap its leg with medical tape or something and feed it by hand or what? I don't want it to die if there is something I can do for it. Please let me know ASAP.
