RIR-Emergency!

I'll see if I can bring her in the shop, hope she'll be ok. She seems pretty active, I'm keeping her isolated because the other chickens are bullying her now, well some of them are. She had a brownish runny poop, aside from the greenish ones. Is this a good sign?

Ok well this morning the crop feels hard and bigger. I think she's got impacted crop

All right, if she's got impacted crop, here is what I think (I'm by no means and expert) you should do: First, make sure that she is in a warm, clean place. Second, don't let her eat any more feed, at least for a day. Give her water, but nothing else. Don't let her eat and add any more food to her crop blockage.
Next, keep massaging her crop. Maybe give her some olive oil (not too much), and then massage. Try to break up the mass of stuff inside her crop. Don't massage it upward, just break it up and try to help it move along into the rest of her digestive tract.
If massaging doesn't work, and the lump doesn't go away, you might have to do crop surgery. There are several threads on BYC about crop surgery, and you can probably find them by searching. I can't really give you any personal experience as to surgery as I (fortunately, I suppose) have not yet had to do it to my own birds.

Good luck!

Ok, well I don't think I'm going to have to do anything. She's acting really normal, aside from looking hungry. Her crop feels like the other chickens' crops. I'm still just going to give her water until tomorrow just to be safe. WHEW!!
