RIR- eyes turned red and very lethargic

Hi,
My RIR looks bad today. Just noticed her eyes turned from yellow to red. And she doesn't want to move. I live in Florida, so it gets hot. They have water, and plenty of shade. She did have respiratory issues a couple of weeks ago. I separated her. Could she have overheated?

Your hen is sick for sure, but you haven't provided enough information for us to help figure out why.

Your best bet is to go over to the "Emergencies" forum, follow the sticky at the top, answering all the questions, then post it there. Hopefully someone, lots of vets there, can help you.
