Hello All, I hope I am in the correct area for posting.
I hope someone can help out here. This girl seems ill to me. Head down on and off, does not stay with other chicks as much as she used to. Seems to come and go on looking better one day ok next day... not so much. I have seen her eating on and off. I put ACV in water, seemed to be a little better, that was a couple of days ago. Head still down sometimes. She is very small compared to her sisters. Could this be worms,? Her comb sometimes look strange although the pic in the crate looks good but the pic of her out side (grainy sorry) and the comb seems bluish on and off. I will be putting DE food grade in food. When in the coop she sets on ply and does not perch, seems odd but I am far from a hen eggspert :). Any suggestions...I have her in a crate inside for now, looking at giving her a spa bath (mag) but do not want to wear her out for now. I have added two pics and maybe someone will know more, thank you in advance for any advise.

How does her crop feel--empty, full, soft, hard, or puffy? How old is she? She may be stunted due to a birth problem, organ failure (such as her heart,) or possible coccidiosis? Has she ever been wormed? I would skip the bath, since it might wear her out. What do her droppings look like? I would get her drinking water, and use some Poultry NutriDrench.

Shje is a bout 1.5 or 2 yo..Not sure yet on her crop, just got her inside. I will check her out, another poster gave me a link regarding here crop. I will look into your additional suggestions.. I just love this site, chickie people are so very helpful.TY!!!!
I will give her some DE to see if that will help with worms, I am somewhat of a newbie.
Will also look up the other info you provided...much thanks
oh i have six so dropping will be know tomorrow as i have her crated now. Hopefully meal worms will get some down her gullet :). She is very small to me, just feels so little. they have been on egglayer

You can also worm with fenbendazole found in SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer, SafeGuard and Panacur horse paste. Give 1/4 ml per pound once and repeat in 10 days. For difficult worms such as capillary worms that might affect the throat, I would give it for 5 consecutive days. Valbazen should work with the 2 doses.
