RIR Hen has no energy. Help.

I have a RIR hen that has no energy.She just stands around with her eys closed most of the time.She eats and drinks water but don't eat like the other hens. Any one know what could be wrong with her? Do I need to seperate herfrom the other hens? Thanks.

how old is she?
what has she been eating?
have you put the
2 ybsp od apple cider vinegar in a gallon odf water for the chickens?

what color and texture is her manure?
also how long has she been this way?
does she lay eggs?
is she in a molt?

I would try her on probiotic wet mash
acv in water and
give her Vit E capsule daily

she could have several things wrong\\
egg bound
coccidiosis
E.coli
yeast infection
worms

her age could be a factor also

She is 5 or 6 months old.I think.I bought her and 5 more about 2 months ago.They are not laying yet.They should be laying.They are not molting. I feed them laying mash,cracked corn,lettice,grass,and friut.She looks healthy.Her poop is kinda waterie and mustard color.
