RIR...Hen or Rooster?

This is Dorothy, she is a Rhode Island Red and is about 17 weeks old. She is bigger than the other chickens that I got at the same time (different breeds). She is pretty friendly. The feathers in front of here tail are round but kinda looks klike some sickle ones in there, just not sure.
