RIR or Welsummer?

I was told he was an Olive Egger but I don’t know. Anyone have a best guess?

He looks like a mix of several breeds to me. The comb is pretty unusual. I wouldn't be surprised if there was gold laced Polish in his ancestry, and maybe gold spangled Hamburg.

In a Legbar x Welsumer olive egger I would expect yellow legs.
